JR213-V-2B Video Help Point is mainly composed of a built-in camera, display screen and two waterproof buttons. The function of the camera is to ingest the image of the user and transmit it to the other party; the display screen is to receive the image signal of the other party and display it on the screen. In order to meet the diversity of users and reflect humanistic care, the help point also customized Braille and induction loop.
