J&R has completed the successful delivery and installation of an IP-based explosion-proof communication system for an offshore drilling rig project in Dubai. The solution was customized to ensure secure, stable, and efficient communication across the entire platform, supporting operational safety in hazardous offshore environments.

Installation Areas: Control room, living quarters, machinery deck, main deck, helideck, drill floor, and mechanical rooms

System Highlights:

Centralized IP Server integrated with fiber and CAT6 network cabling, enabling fast and reliable interconnection between all areas;

Explosion-proof telephones powered by 220VAC, built to withstand harsh offshore conditions;

The system supports local broadcast, group call, and point-to-point communication;

All devices are certified with CE, FCC, and ATEX, ensuring compliance with international safety standards.
